About Audrey Pouligny, Attorney

Who am I?

I have been a lawyer since 2009 and practice in the areas of labor law and social security law.

I am Franco-American, which allows me to work with my clients in both French and English, with a solid understanding of international work environments.

I studied labor law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, where I earned a Master’s degree, and then completed my education with a Professional Master’s in International Mobility at Lumière Lyon II University, as well as a Certificate in Common Law and Comparative Law at Paris V Descartes University.

Early in my career, I practiced at the Paris Bar, where I advised international clients on a wide range of issues in labor law and human resources management. This experience allowed me to develop a technical yet pragmatic approach to labor relations.

From an experience in the United States to a practice focused on employees

I have also worked in the United States, which has allowed me to gain additional experience in various areas of law and to deepen my understanding of Anglo-Saxon legal and professional contexts.

In addition to my work as a lawyer, I have developed a legal translation practice in French and English, serving both my clients and fellow attorneys. I have also provided support during meetings, interviews, negotiations, and mediations to facilitate communication between the parties in English and French.

Today, I am a member of the Nantes Bar Association and have chosen to focus exclusively on defending and supporting employees. This approach is at the heart of my practice: I am fully committed to the employees I represent, often during pivotal moments in their professional lives.
